Synopsis

A young girl, Sophia (Emily Matthews) spends the summer with her father (Anders Danielsen Lie) and grandmother (Glenn Close) on a small island in the Gulf of Finland, as the family grapples with the recent death of Sophia's mother. An adaptation of Tove Jansson's beloved 1972 novel The Summer Book.
